Applied
Your online application will be reviewed by a member of the Talent Acquisition team to ascertain if you are a potential match to the role requirements
- Stage 2
First stage interview
You will be invited to interview with the hiring manager for the role where they will not only assess your skills and experience as well as providing your more information the position, the team and CFC.
- Stage 3
Second stage interview
This next conversation follows your initial interview and gives you the chance to explore the role in more depth. It’s an opportunity for both of us to get a better feel for experience and fit, and for you to ask any questions you may have about the role and how we work at CFC.
You may also meet other team members or key stakeholders at this stage, giving you a broader view of the role and the business.
