Your online application will be reviewed by a member of the Talent Acquisition team to ascertain if you are a potential match to the role requirements
Stage 2

Talent Acquisition - Initial Screening call/Intro (Via Teams)

A member of our Talent Acquisition team will arrange a call to learn more about your skills and experience, and to give you a clear overview of the role and what it’s like to work at CFC. It’s a two‑way conversation designed to help us understand your fit, and to give you the chance to explore whether this opportunity is right for you
Stage 3

First stage interview

You will be invited to interview with the hiring manager for the role where they will not only assess your skills and experience as well as providing your more information the position, the team and CFC.
Stage 4

Second stage interview

A more in depth conversation to follow up from initial feedback from the 1st interview. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any other questions you may have about the role.
